Heirloom Lace

Heirloom lace comes in many varieties. Delicate Stitches by Sylvia works to stock a large array of these Heirloom laces for you sewing projects. We stock heirloom lace from France, England and Switzerland. All the heirloom lace is 95% cotton or 100% cotton. You will find heirloom insertion lace, heirloom edging lace, entredeux, Swiss embroideries and edgings. The Swiss embroideries have lovely machine patterns sewing into the fine heirloom cotton fabric. The heirloom laces are used in baby, children, and adult garments where an heirloom look is desired. Fine sewing thread of an 80 wt. variety should be used when doing heirloom sewing by machine. The heirloom lace can be dyed, if another color is desired. The heirloom lace at Delicate Stitches by Sylvia is primarily in white, ecru and champagne colors. You will find various widths and patterns among our selection of our heirloom lace.

You will also find a lovely selection of cotton tatting lace or cotton Cluney laces. We also handle a small amount of colored lace tape.
