A sweet, shortened Bishop into a tunic length with matching bloomers.
A bit of edging is added to the flutter sleeve to coordinate with the fabric choice, but a puff sleeve is another option.
Smocking rows will be pleated in proportion to the size. You are welcome to smock all or part of the rows.
Small snaps are attached in the back for closure.
