Semi-flared, pull on skirt w/gathers beneath a wide waistband on center front & center back. Contrast band at the hem. Can be worn on hips or waist depending on how you adjust the elastic. Make this skirt from one, 2 or 3 fabrics. Optional narrow belt w/button closure or bow w/Velcro closure is included in the pattern.
