To be worn over a dress or as a dress, square-neck pinafore fetures smocked skirt, front & back, attached to yokes w/corded piping. Double bias ruffles extend from square armholes. Adjustable ties control fullness at bottom of the armhole & allow for growth. The open back buttons at the yoke only or down to a deep hem.
