Belle offers a dress & petticoat combination which can stand alone as a dress, slip, jumper, sundress or be combined for a layered look. Most light weight fabrics are suitable. Extra fabric must be allowed for nap or matching stripes or tartans. Belle can be stitched in an heirloom look, sport an embroidered contrasting yoke, or smocked yoke.
