Adorable little girl's dress & panties pattern. The dress features a gathered neck edge bound w/bias binding w/ends extending into ties for the back opening. The yoke gathers are secured w/a holding band, allowing the yoke to form the puffing effect. Narrow capped sleeves are gathered & bound w/contrasting fabric & pleats beneath the armhole provide added fullness. Shaped Madeira hem by hand or machine.
