Sized 12 mo. - 4 yr in ONE pattern

Little girl's dress w/a slightly curved yoke, a slightly gathered skirt & features a rickrack trimmed ruffle at skirt bottom. Included is an optional yoke ruffle. Mia has an "easier to make" back placket w/a two-button back yoke. The front yoke has a center front box pleat embellished w/2 sequin pearl buttons. Little butterfly sleeves are edged w/rickrack.
