Work up Collar's Etc Tuck Dress in our fun yellow, white & French blue striped pima cotton! Add a French blue pima cotton collar & sleeve band. Pipe collar and sleeves with dress fabric. Your kit may be chosen with or without the pattern. Kits are pattern size specific. Kit includes striped fabric for dress, solid fabric for collar & sleeve bands, 2 spools of sewing thread, buttons.
